Dravo JournalA 28-day pelvic plan with a men's health library
You want to feel wanted by her, and at ease with yourself when it matters.
Past 40, many men notice the same set of changes: less drive at the end of the day, sleep cut short by trips to the bathroom, a body at work or at the gym that feels different, and a quieter confidence in the moments alone with her. We built Dravo for men who would rather read about this plainly and do something small every day.
Our plan is 28 days of pelvic-floor exercise, hip mobility, breathing and core work, one short task a day. Around it sits a library that talks openly about desire, closeness and the evening together.

The read of the week
One longer piece sits at the top of the journal for seven days. This week it is the exercise the whole plan is built on.
Shoes by the door at the end of a long day.
Pelvic floor basics, 9 min read
The Kegel, explained for men who were never shown one
Most men past 40 have heard the word and never done the exercise. It is a gentle squeeze and lift of the muscles you would use to stop the flow mid-stream, held for a few seconds, then let go completely, then repeated.
We start you lying on your back with knees bent, because in that position gravity is out of the way and the hips can relax. The piece explains why we give the release as much attention as the hold, why breathing out comes with the squeeze, and how the same hold moves to seated, standing, bridge and deep squat across the plan.

Every article lives on one shelf. Members read in any order; the daily task points to the piece that matches the day.

Why the routine starts with the exhale
Breathing low into the belly, counted out slowly, is the opening minute of every task. Here is the reasoning behind that order.

Desire at 50 is a conversation, not a test
Many men your age wonder whether wanting her the same way is normal, or whether she notices the change in them. This piece looks at how couples bring it up over dinner instead of avoiding it, and why the first words are usually the hardest part.
Levels, streaks and milestone badges
A 28-day plan is long enough to lose count of. So the app shows where you stand every time you open it: a level, a day ring and a badge at each milestone.

The closeness collection, for the two of you
Level 4 unlocks a short reading list on positions for intimacy, described by comfort, closeness and pace. Many members read it with their partner.
An evening at home, the record already on.
Each piece names the position, how it is set up with pillows, and what it is like for comfort and pace. Nothing more graphic than that.

Pillows under your kneesYou rest on your back while she sets the pace; kind to a tired lower back.
What 10,250 members do with the plan
These come from the app's own count and from an optional in-app check-in. They describe habits, nothing else.
10,250people currently on a Dravo plan
75%say they open the app at roughly the same time every day
52%say they do the daily task in the morning, before work
43%say they have read a piece from the With her shelf together with their partner

Membership: the plan and the full library
Every membership holds the 28-day plan, all levels and badges, and every shelf of the journal. Only the length differs.
One task a day, 28 days in a row
Today Dravo charges the amount of the plan you select: $11.99 for 1 month, $29.99 for 3 months or $49.99 for 6 months. That same amount renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the account screen in the app or by contacting us — [email protected]

A 14-day window to change your mind
Reading a page is not the same as doing the routine on your own floor. If within 14 days of paying you decide Dravo is not for you, write to us and we refund the full charge.
No form to fill and no reason required. One email is enough.
From the reader mailbag
The practical points members raise most often, answered briefly.
Do I need any equipment?
No. A floor, a firm seat and a kitchen counter cover every posture. A pillow is useful for the bridge and for some of the reading in Level 4.
What happens if I miss a day of the plan?
The plan waits for you. The day ring pauses, your streak resets, and the next task is the one you missed. Badges you already earned stay on your screen.
Is the whole library part of every membership?
Yes. Every length includes all shelves, the closeness collection and every new piece we publish while your membership is active.
